The Institute of Organic and Analytical chemistry – ICOA UMR 7311 – has implemented through the CNRS Formation Entreprises scientific education programmes.

These programmes which are:

 

Extraction and analysis of bioactive plant

objectives:

  • Depending families targeted compounds, namely the development of extraction methods, fractionation / purification and separation
  • Knowing how to choose and use the various detection systems

Biological sample analysis: preparation, separation, detection and validation

objectives :

  • To acquire a broad knowledge of the methods used in the field of bioanalysis according to the properties of the targeted compounds and of the analyzed biological matrix
  • Master the techniques of pretreatment and extraction / concentration
  • Be able to perform a separation and detection according to the requirements of quantification and structural identification
  • Know how to validate by applying statistical tests according to current regulations and GLP (Good Laboratory Practice)
